Ms. Hiroko Uchimura-Shiroishi, an officer of Asia Development Bank (ADB), visited CGCA on 16 July 2012, discussing with Executive Vice Chairman Zhang Chongqing and Vice Secretary Yu Dan, about the ADB KPS project.
The two parties preliminarily reached into an agreement on this project's objectives and the expected output. Also, ADB has confirmed the two national experts recommended by CGCA.
